I just used ordinary paprika, but as always with cooking, tweaking to taste is part of the fun.

Smoked paprika would be excellent with this.

Parmesan Chook - my own R.

Hammer flat some chook breast. Mix a couple tblspoons of melted butter and sour cream together. Mix in a handful of fresh chopped basil leaves and a couple cloves of crushed garlic. Liberally coat the chook breast in the mix. Season, sprinkle a light dusting of paprika, then sprinkle over a good top...

This recipe uses those big long Turkish Pide breads, and is yum. Turn your oven on to 220o Make your garlic butter... melt off some butter in a ramekin, then add garlic to taste.
