Initially I had thought that the bios update for my Dell laptop was what BSOD inacessible_boot_device. But it turns out the Windows 10 Creators Update happened on the same day was the culprit.
After some google searching and soul searching, I finally found Microsoft Support Diagnostic Tool. And I was ablt to Windows Key-R, type in MSDT and disable all of the microsoft crap from the recent Creators update.
And now I am able to use my laptop again. Why is that important?
Because the laptop's performance is far superior than the new desktop with the television smart screen.
I was lagging worse than this laptop would be but it is normally server side lag.
Now I just need to set the Power On Self Test to boot to the correct operating system on the correct drive instead of manually choose which path every time.
