phpBB 2.0.6 -> 2.0.11 Upgrade

Updated the forum to 2.0.11 (latest version) of Phpbb. No doubt I have broken a few things. So please post any board problems on this thread..

The image link was broken, all fix now. Did not notice anything else wrong.

Fixed.. I accidently chop'd a table off when I was cutting and pasting the includes from constants.php :-)

Hard to find the search flags when it cannot find the table ;)
