Hammer flat some chook breast.
Mix a couple tblspoons of melted butter and sour cream together.
Mix in a handful of fresh chopped basil leaves and a couple cloves of crushed garlic.
Liberally coat the chook breast in the mix.
Season, sprinkle a light dusting of paprika, then sprinkle over a good topping of grated Parmesan.
Give another light dusting of paprika.
Chuck in the oven 190o until lightly browned, about 20 mins.
Scoff with whatever.
Make sure u pour the tin juices over the chook.

You use ordinary, sweet or smoked paprika?
I reckon it would be excellent with the smoked paprika

I just used ordinary paprika, but as always with cooking, tweaking to taste is part of the fun.
Smoked paprika would be excellent with this.

Wow. It honestly never dawned on me that Chook was a slang only found down here. Someone add that to the Australian English thread.
