These are NOT for anyone on a diet .. haha .. but they are a favorite of my husband & kids.
2 cups Chocolate Chips
2 cups Butterscotch Chips
2/3 cup Peanut Butter ... either kind is fine crunchy or smooth
1 1/2 cups Crushed Plain Potato Chips
1 cup Crushed Peanuts ( can use any kind of nuts you like just break em up )
Mix the Chocolate Chip, Butterscotch Chips and Peanut Butter together and melt.
Add Potato Chips and Peanuts
Drop by teaspoon on baking sheet, or press into a baking pan. Cool in fridge for 4 hours.
Eat / Enjoy
