Easy to make.
2 cups flour
1 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
2 tsp almond extract ( can use vanilla instead but are better with the almond )
Mix well and shape into fingers 1/2 inch thick and 2 inches long. Prick with a fork. Bake in 250 degrees F oven for 15 - 20 minutes
