Creamy Bacon & Sun-dried Tomato Chicken
SERVES 4
450g / 1 lb. chicken breast fillets, cut into chunks
5 bacon rashers, chopped
1/2 cup Semi-dried tomatoes, cut in half
250 Philadelphia Original Cream for Cooking
In a non-stick frying pan add the bacon and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the chicken and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes, turning once. Add the semi-dried tomatoes and season. Reduce heat and mix to combine. Then add the cream and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and the cream completely melted forming a rich, flavourful sauce.
