Pizza

If living somewhere in the vicinity of Edithvale call 9772 1099.

My preference is number 7. 30 mins on your doorstop piping hot.

Make your own bloody pizza.

Buy some frozen bases from woolworths or whatever supermarket you live near

Smear tomato paste over the still frozen base
Crush a clove of garlic and smear over the base too
Slice some onions, fresh tomato, mozzarella cheese, capsicum, mushrooms, black olives, anchovies
Sprinkle a small pinch of oregano over the top
Bake in 220C oven for around 10-15 minutes

Eat

I have it from reliable sources that the best pizza sauce is not tomato paste, but some left over bolognaise sauce from the last spaghetti you had.

OMG you ppl have no taste when it comes to pizza, okay I am really fussy when it comes to pizza.

I use some lebanese bread put on some tomato paste, then add some english spinich, shaved ham, Holume (sp) cheese, sliced up olives and for me personally some slided up avocado.

Put in the oven until cook to how you like it :). Well that is my home made pizza "the healthy pizza"..

OK I will throw this into the equation

Cost to make pizza is grater than bought pizza.

Don’t get me wrong, I used to make a sensational chicken, pesto & kiffla potato pizza but it used to cost around $25 to make when you add the ingredients. Not to mention it was trivial at 9:30pm.

Insanity

Post by roobboo »

You are all insane. Pizza sux. The best thing thats happened to me since I got that shoulder GoD drop is my local Turkish place has just started home delivery. Who wants pizza when you can have Hommus, turkish bread and a mixed grill of kebabs and salad.

And a special appology for Curt who was getting frustrated with my at times slow response to his requests for GoD expidition leadership the other nite. Those minted lamb chops that come with the mixed grill are just 2 yummy and some finger wiping needs to happen b4 typing/mousing. I'll have to learn to eat/read and type better.

Cheers

The best pizza base is tomato paste mix with a good dollop of pesto and a kiss of sugar.

BTW, i am writing a book on good restaurants and funny stories about the restaurants so if you have any recommendations or stories let me know!!!!

ps I love a good recipe!!! Bring them on, esp, middle eastern ATM.

mmmmmmmm ffffooooooooooooddddd.....
