Raid Night Nachos

Stop at the local supermarket on the way home and buy a large packet of Nacho chips and a bottle of the CC's or Dorito's tomato salsa. Pick up some shredded cheese on your way through.

Get home and find the pie plate while your oven is heating to about 200C

Pour the chips into the pie plate, pour the salsa over the chips, sprinkle the cheese over the mess

Bake 5-10 minutes

If you feel in a healthy mood, pick up a small tub of greek salad on the way through the checkout too

That always confused me.. How does eating MORE (a greek salad AND nachos) make it healthier? :)
