Wreckers

Hi Guys,
Syaoran who is a member of wreckers returning from hiatus has a few issues with his credentials. He can't remember his wreckers password and has since changed his email. Also he isn't on GAAG. Can he be reactivated and can something be done about his password. He'll probably be looking to raid tonight if possible.

He can certainly be reactivated and will then show in GAAG - not sure what we do about resetting password - one of the other officers probably knows what's involved, though.

I can see this toon has been online today, so presumably access to the account was no problem. Are you able to confirm that it's the original account owner? i.e. someone known to you personally and you can vouch for them (I don't doubt it's true, but if we're going to reset someone's password and email etc., it's prudent to check).

Have them let me know what email address may be registered and what email they want it changed to and i can change it.

Yup I personally know Syaoran and know he is the original. Was also at his place today grinding out a level.

Btw Syaoran still not in GAAG as of this morning
